Living Abroad
Living abroad is different from travelling. It's slower, deeper and sometimes more challenging, but it changes how you see the world, developes your character and broadens your horizon. Living abroad is a very personal decision, whether you leave your home country to work, do an internship, study, for someone important to you or simply because you want to live somewhere else.

MY
JOURNEY
I started much simpler: one year in England, a language school in Spain, and a short month wandering through Scotland.

Somehow that turned into a habit of not staying in one place for very long.
Since then my life has taken me through:
- Studying and interning in Ireland
- a year studying in South Africa
- university life in Forli
- working with an NGO in Thailand
- teaching English in Colombia
- travelling through Peru
- working with a foundation in Vietnam

What began as "going abroad for a while" slowly turned into a decade of living between cultures. This site is where I try to make sense of that journey.
